So how does private styling works?

1. The first thing you should know is that your process will be catered and designed to meet your necessities. While every client’s needs are unique, my approach to style is systematic.

2. I start with a closet edit, keeping what is a basic and a classic, and listing the missing elements to give you a full lookbook, that can be used as a capsule collection for the season. The goal is not to buy a new closet, but to use what you already have with the addition of the missing key items if that’s the case.

3. In this final phase, I’ll guide you in putting together outfits so you’ll become “au natural.” I’ll also be on call to handle any style needs that come up through the season.

Mistake 1: The fit (wearing clothes that are too big or too small)

Updated: Feb 20, 2023

What is the adjustment? It's how your clothes fit, it's usually the most tragic mistake and this is not your fault, since we think that comfort is equivalent to looseness.

I am going to be talking about this topic of the mistakes that men commonly make, but I think this is the most serious, whenever I see a man with the fit or bigger or very tight, I usually close my eyes and imagine what it is with him perfect fit, I wish I could help you, but sometimes it's not so easy to walk up to someone and say "what made you think you're fat or why do you feel skinny?"

It is not imperative to have an ideal body for clothes to fit you well, you can be a size XL or XXL and look desirable if you know and accept that size is just a number.

I am going to teach you how you can recognize if you have this problem or recognize it so that it never happens to you when buying clothes. The first word you will learn is ARMHOLE (SISA IN SPANISH), this is the seam that connects the sleeve to the shoulder.

GOD is in the details...

The easiest thing to observe this error is the shoulders. The cut of the armhole (the line or seam that connects the sleeve to the shoulder) should rest right there, in a vertical line, never diagonally, I mention this for men over 40, since the OVERSIZE trend in t-shirts is popularly used, but we are not sheep and we will stay away from #streetstyle for the moment.
